On February 27, 2026, Farmington Police took a report of a missing juvenile, BBM-D, 14-years-old. Her mother discovered that she was missing at 0745 hours, on February 27, 2026. Her mother last saw her at 2154 hours on February 26, 2026. BBM-D is described as a petite, young female, 5’0”, 90 lbs. Investigation revealed that a rideshare picked up BBM-D near her residence and drove her to [ADDRESS REDACTED], St. Paul, Ramsey County. The rideshare account was associated with Marshawn Derrel Jackson, [DOB REDACTED]. Officers located BBM-D at the Woodbridge address on March 4, 2026, in the company of Jackson.
In a post-Miranda interview, Jackson stated that he met BBM-D on a messaging platform called Monkey. They continued to communicate. He said that she told him she was 18. They agreed that he would provide BBD-M with marijuana, and they would engage in sex. He said that he paid for the Uber. She told him to have the Uber pick her up at the library. He said that they had sexual intercourse twice in the time that she had been there and he performed oral sex on her. He said they last engaged in sexual contact on February 28 because she had her period.
He said on March 2, 2026, they argued about her age. He realized that she was really short and looked young. He told her that if his family showed up, they would notice her age. He also thought it was strange that she showed up with only makeup and no clothing or other items required for a prolonged visit. During an interview at Midwest Children’s Resource Center, BBM-D reported that Jackson did insert his penis into her vagina while she was at his residence in St. Paul.
