Adult Female A and AMADOR BARILLAS were in the living room with Adult Female A's mother. AMADOR BARILLAS threw a baby bottle at Adult Female A and she threw it back at him. AMADOR BARILLAS approached Adult Female A and grabbed her by the arms. Adult Female A hit AMADOR BARILLAS in the face in response. Adult Female A's mother tried to intervene, but was unable to. AMADOR BARILLAS then grabbed Adult Female A by the hair with both hands.
Adult Female A was striking AMADOR BARILLAS and trying to get him to let go. AMADOR BARILLAS pushed Adult Female A onto the couch in the living room, causing Adult Female A to hit her head on the wall that the couch sits against. After Adult Female A fell on the couch, AMADOR BARILLAS was above her with his right hand pressing down on her neck. Adult Female A scratched AMADOR BARILLAS's face in an attempt to get him off of her. Adult Female A could not breathe during this time and afterwards she was dizzy and felt as if she was going to throw up.
While AMADOR BARILLAS was above her, Adult Female A's brother Witness B, entered the living room. Witness B managed to pull AMADOR BARILLAS away from Adult Female A. AMADOR BARILLAS then left the property. Officer Craving spoke with Witness B. Witness B heard yelling and came into the living room where he saw AMADOR BARILLAS over Adult Female A on the floor by the couch. Witness B saw AMADOR BARILLAS with his hand on Adult Female A's neck and Adult Female A scratching at AMADOR BARILLAS. Witness B pulled AMADOR BARILLAS off of Adult Female A. AMADOR BARILLAS left shortly after.
