Probable Cause

On August 13, 2025, ADAM WILLIAM WYLIE [DOB REDACTED] was trespassed for a year from the Walgreens at [ADDRESS REDACTED] North, Roseville, Ramsey County. At around 3:30 PM on December 16, 2026, Wylie went to the Walgreens at [ADDRESS REDACTED] North. Wylie concealed items valued at $70.25 and left the store with them. The manager recognized Wylie as having been trespassed from the store and called police. Officers stopped Wylie nearby, verified he had been trespassed from the Walgreens, and recovered the stolen items from him.

On February 7, 2025, Wylie was sentenced on a burglary in the third degree in Ramsey County District Court file 62-CR-24-6833. Wylie received a felony sentence. Wylie has 7 prior felony convictions.
