Based on reports from incidents occurring on November 6, 2025 your Complainant offers the following to establish probable cause: At approximately 2:47 P.M. On November 6, 2025, Woodbury Police Officers responded to a disturbance at Health Partners Specialty Center located at [ADDRESS REDACTED] in the City of Woodbury, Washington County, State of Minnesota. Upon arrival officers spoke with K. R. S., who said he was working on the irrigation system near the clinic. K. R. S. Observed a male hit a vehicle across the street with an object.
The male was later identified as ZACHARY BOYER SCHNEIDER [DOB REDACTED]. SCHNEIDER then approached K. R. S. Truck with a mallet. SCHNEIDER yelled at K. R. S. To get out of the truck. SCHNEIDER then began striking K. R. S. Truck with a mallet before walking away. SCHNEIDER walked into his apartment located at [ADDRESS REDACTED] in Woodbury, MN. K. R. S. Was inside his work truck, which was a 2014 Chevrolet Silverado. Officers observed several dents on the hood and the roof. K. R. S. Said those were caused by SCHEIDER hitting the truck with the mallet.
The cost to repair the damage to the truck was estimated to be $7,210.55. Officers located surveillance video showing SCHNEIDER damaging the truck.
