On December 27, 2025, officers received a FLOCK camera hit on a stolen vehicle near Oakdale Ave N. And Abbot Ave N. In the County of Hennepin. Officers stopped the stolen vehicle nearby. The driver and lone occupant of the vehicle was identified as NELSON TYLER BALL [DOB REDACTED], Defendant herein. Officers arrested Defendant and searched the stolen vehicle. Inside they found 245.7 grams of field-tested positive methamphetamine in eleven (11) separate plastic baggies. Post-MIRANDA Defendant stated that there was approximately a half pound of methamphetamine in the vehicle and that he was selling it.

Defendant is in custody in Hennepin County on an unrelated matter and Complainant respectfully requests this Complaint issue by warrant. Complainant requests significant bail based upon the amount of narcotics found and due to Defendant's other pending First Degree case. See ••-CR-••-••••.
