Jeffrey Holt Johnson

On December 12, 2025, Metro Transit Police Officers responded to a report of indecent exposure on a bus traveling near 8th Street Southeast and 6th Avenue Southeast, Minneapolis, Hennepin County. Officers boarded the bus at Lyndale Avenue South and Lake Street West and made contact with the bus operator. The operator stated that a passenger, who was later identified as JEFFREY HOLT JOHNSON, Defendant herein, was seated in the front seat with his pants down, exposing his genitals. Officers approached the male and observed that his pants were unzipped in the front and past his genital area with his underwear exposed.

A surveillance video review showed the Defendant exposing his genitals on the bus. Officers placed the Defendant under arrest and removed him from the bus. In a search incident to arrest, Officers located a bubble pipe with suspected narcotic residue. Officers also located 1.44 grams of FTP methamphetamine. The Defendant is currently out of custody.
