Probable Cause
On March 17, 2026, Minneapolis Police were dispatched to a package theft at Buzza Lofts, located at [ADDRESS REDACTED] West in Minneapolis, Hennepin County. Police spoke with the victim [NAME REDACTED] who stated she wanted to file a report. K. H. Ordered Birkenstock shoes online valued at $100, but when they arrived, another resident stole the package. The resident was identified as HALEY LYNN CALLAHAN [DOB REDACTED], Defendant herein. Property management had video of Defendant taking the package from the shelf.
Police contacted Defendant and told her to return to the apartment complex, but Defendant stated she didn’t have the package anymore but would pay monetary value for it. On March 21, 2026, K. H. Emailed police that Defendant was pressuring her not to proceed with prosecution. Defendant sent her ex-boyfriend to K. H.'s apartment. K. H. Also received a cash-app payment of $100 that night and has been receiving multiple texts from Defendant. Defendant has also been knocking on her door of her apartment.
At present, Defendant is not in custody. The State requests this complaint issue as a warrant as Defendant has multiple active warrants for her arrest, including a 2nd Degree Possession (Case No. 27-CR-25- 20405) and 2nd Degree Burglary (Case No. 27-CR-22-21398).
