Osman Sorie Kabia

On April 20, 2026, around 10:21 A.M., Minneapolis Police observed suspected drug dealing on Milestone cameras in the area of Franklin Avenue and Elliot Avenue, Minneapolis, Hennepin County, Minnesota. Officers observed a male, later identified as Osman Sorie Kabia, “Defendant” herein, conducted hand-to- hand transactions consistent with street-level drug dealing. Officers approached Defendant who was seated on a retaining wall in the area and searched him incident to arrest. Officers recovered from Defendant’s pockets multiple clear plastic baggies containing a white powdery substance that later field- tested positive for 2.4 grams of cocaine.

Defendant is currently in custody.
