This search warrant was signed by a District Court Judge and authorized Law Enforcement to search a residence located in the City of Winona. Probable cause for this search warrant was based on information received by Law Enforcement that Trisha Ann Fenske, [DOB REDACTED] (Defendant), had been selling controlled substances out of her residence. Law Enforcement conducted a trash pull type operation which substantiated the information received. Law Enforcement arrived at Defendant’s residence and executed the search warrant.
Defendant was located in a bedroom within the residence and detained while the search warrant was being executed. The bedroom where Defendant had been located was searched. A container was located which contained a substance which appeared to be methamphetamine. This substance was field tested, and it field tested positive as methamphetamine. This substance weighed 10.6 grams without packaging. Defendant was then arrested and transported to the Winona County Jail. PLEASE TAKE NOTICE: Pursuant to Minn.
