On December 19, 2025, at approximately 4:04 PM, Deputies of the Olmsted Sheriff's Office were dispatched to an assault complaint at a residence on Falcon Terrace NW in the City of Stewartville, Olmsted County, Minnesota. The complainant reported that Eugene Allen Viker ([DOB REDACTED]), Defendant herein had put a gun in her face. Once on scene, Deputy Ferguson spoke with the complainant, Victim- an adult female fully identified in police reports. Victim reported that she came to the residence to visit a roommate of Defendant.
Victim was also accompanied by her boyfriend. Victim and her boyfriend were about to leave when Defendant came out of his bedroom and began yelling at them to leave. Defendant then went back to his bedroom and came out with a firearm and yelling. Victim [NAME REDACTED] was approximately six inches from her face. Deputy Russell spoke with Witness- an adult male fully identified in police reports. Witness reported that he had allowed Defendant to stay with him at the residence. Witness saw Defendant become mad at Victim and her boyfriend and came out of his room with a pistol.
Witness heard Defendant say "f*** you guys, get out of my house, I don't know what you are doing here." Defendant pointed the gun right at Victim [NAME REDACTED] was saying this. Witness pushed Defendant's arm down and told him to go back to his room. Deputy Russell took a Mirandized statement from Defendant. Defendant said, "I told them I would kill those motherfuckers." Defendant said he was in possession of a black pellet gun, but only pointed it at the ground. Defendant admitted that he was holding the gun and said "I am going to kill you b****, you a******, get the f*** out of here." Deputy Russell located a replica firearm in a drawer organizer in the laundry room of the residence.
The pistol was a 6mm caliber BB pistol. Deputy Russell also located green BBs in Defendant's bedroom. PLEASE TAKE NOTICE: YOU MUST APPEAR FOR EVERY COURT HEARING REGARDING THIS CASE.
