On December 10, 2025, Eden Prairie Police officers were dispatched to a house located on the 7300 block of Franklin Circle East in Eden Prairie, Hennepin County, Minnesota, to a domestic call. Upon arrival, officers spoke with the reporting party, a fully identified female, Victim 1 herein, who told officers that her daughter ASHLEY NICOLE SNETTER [DOB REDACTED], Defendant herein, was fighting with her brother, a fully identified male, Victim 2 herein, about personal space. Victim 1 observed Defendant holding a big flat cooking pan in one hand and a pocketknife in other.
Victim 1 asked Defendant not to hurt her bother to which Defendant responded, “do you want me to stick you b****?” Victim 1 began to record Defendant assault Victim 2. Victim 2 told officers that Defendant came into his room upset about a coconut drink. Defendant return to his bedroom and was holding a kitchen pan and a knife. Defendant repeatedly hit him on the head with the pan about 5 or 6 times. Defendant tried to stab Victim 2, but he was not cut by the knife. Defendant hit Victim 2 in his face scratching him with her nails.
Victim 2 had visible laceration on his face and marks on his wrist and shoulder. Defendant also told officers that she hit Victim 2 in the head with a pan but did not recall how many times and also threatened him with a knife. Defendant is in custody.
