On November 9, an Audi vehicle bearing the license plate “WHITELAW” arrived at the COR Apartments in Ramsey, Anoka County. That vehicle is registered to Justice Whitelaw and Dennis Whitelaw [DOB REDACTED], Defendant hereinafter. Individuals entered the apartment building and stole items from the mail room sent to J. T. C. Valued at $100. On December 9, 2025 at the COR Apartments in Ramsey, Anoka County a suspect entered the mail room of the apartment and stole packages. The male was wearing a blue-grey hat with a flower symbol on it.
When a search warrant was executed on the Defendants residence of [ADDRESS REDACTED] in Anoka, Anoka County on December 16, this same hat was found in the Defendants bedroom. Further, the defendant matched the description of the mail room theft suspect. During the search, multiple open packages were found in the residence. These packages had shipping labels belonging to individuals that had reported thefts of packages. Including an umbrella that was reported stolen out of Champlin from G. N. Valued at $258.76, animal food reported stolen out of Ramsey from M. R. C. Worth $161.73, and a spin scrubber that was stolen from A. J. H. Valued at $19.61. A cat tree was in a package sent to P. J. B. Valued at $51.46. Multiple other suspected stolen items were recovered as well.
At no time did the victims give consent for these packages to be taken.
