Clay Ross Christensen

On December 24, 2025 at approximately 1:38 P.M., law enforcement was dispatched to an incident at a business located in the City of St. Cloud, County of Stearns, State of Minnesota. Officer Nicolas Pusateri spoke with S. H., an adult fully identified in the police reports. S. H. Reported that he wanted Clay Ross Christensen, [DOB REDACTED], trespassed and removed from the business. While looking for Christensen, Officers and S. H. Observed that Christensen had broken the window and smoke detector in his room.

S. H. Estimated that it would cost approximately $800 to replace the window and $200 to replace the smoke detector. Christensen was located in the lobby. While being placed under arrest, Officer Pusateri observed Christensen make snorting noises to build up phlegm and then spit on Officer Pusateri's face. Christensen began resisting, would not walk forward, forced his legs together, and began pushing back against officers. Complainant has reason to believe and does believe that all of the above information is true and correct.

The above facts constitute your complainant's basis for believing that the above-named defendant, on or about the 24th day of December, 2025 in the City of St. Cloud, County of Stearns, State of Minnesota, committed the offenses described herein.
