At around 4:00 AM on November 22, 2025, Officer Deininger came upon a GMC Yukon bearing Minnesota license plates LTM394. The Yukon pulled over and parked near Dale Street on Van Buren Avenue, St. Paul, Ramsey County. The Yukon’s plates were flagged as Revoked – Plate Impound. The registered owner, TANISHA NICOLE MCCLOUD aka TANISHA MAQUITA MCCLOUD [DOB REDACTED], had a revoked driver’s license. Officer Deininger made contact with the driver and identified her as McCloud. Officer Deininger saw that McCloud’s pupils were extremely enlarged.
McCloud denied drug use when asked. McCloud admitted her drug of choice was PCP. Officer Deininger had McCloud step out of the Yukon for field sobriety testing. McCloud manipulated a baggie near her waistband. Officer Deininger told McCloud to stop reaching, and he tried to control McCloud’s arms. McCloud threw the baggie towards Officer Deininger’s squad. McCloud stopped resisting once she threw the baggie. Officers recovered the baggie which appeared to contain drugs, and they arrested McCloud.
The contents of the bag McCloud threw tested positive for the presence of cocaine and weighed 6.15 grams. On November 14, 2025, McCloud was sentenced on a gross misdemeanor DWI test refusal in Ramsey County District Court file ••-CR-••-••••.
