On November 1, 2025, at 2:12 A.M., Wright County Sheriff’s Officer (“WCSO”) Deputy Dow was dispatched to [ADDRESS REDACTED] NE in the City of Hanover, Wright County, on reports of a domestic disturbance. J. C. M. A., [DOB REDACTED], reported that Solomon Elias Arroyo Nunez, [DOB REDACTED], herein after Defendant, had hit him in the face. Deputy Dow arrived on scene and made contact with J. C. M. A. Who was actively bleeding from a cut near his left eyebrow. J. C. M. A. Also had a swollen black eye, and a swollen lip.
Deputy Dow spoke with J. C. M. A. About what happened and he stated the following: he and Defendant got into an argument over family issues; Defendant got angry at him and charged at him in the hot tub; he pushed Defendant away to stop from getting hit; Defendant punched him 5-6x with a closed fist; and he stated that he was calling the cops, at which point Defendant left. Defendant was later located and Deputy Dow spoke with him, and Defendant stated the following: they got into a dispute over a family friend; J. C. M. A. Said he was better than Defendant; J. C. M. A. Brushed up against him; he kicked J. C. M. A.’s foot; and they both stood up and began hitting each other.
Deputy Dow did not observe any injuries on Defendant. Defendant was placed under arrest and transported to the Wright County Jail without incident.
