ANTIONE SEMAJ DOYLE, [DOB REDACTED], has the following prior domestic violence convictions in the past ten years. ••-CR-••-••••, Threats of Violence, gross misdemeanor conviction 11/14/2024 ••-CR-••-••••, Threats of Violence, felony conviction 6/28/2021 ••-CR-••-••••, Stalking, felony conviction 4/19/2013 In 82-CV-26997, there is an unserved temporary Harassment Order with DOYLE as the respondent and KLO as the protected party. On June 6, 2026, at approximately 12:11 P.M., Officer Kral received a call from KD, Operation Manager of Visiting Angels, a home care agency on Upper Afton, Maplewood, County of Ramsey.
KD advised the organization was receiving phone calls from DOYLE and the calls had become threatening. KD said DOYLE called the organization on 06/04/2026 numerous times and wanted to speak with KLO, an employee. DOYLE initially identified himself as KLO’s brother, Ricky. One of the numbers DOYLE called from was [PHONE REDACTED]. KLO confirmed this number was DOYLE’s. On June 5, 2026, KD contacted police because DOYLE called the organization approximately eleven times and asked for KLO. On June 6, 2026, DOYLE called the organization thirty-two times from private numbers.
Some of the calls involved threats. In one of the calls, DOYLE said something like, “I’m gonna come shoot up everyone and then blow up the building. He also said, “I’m gonna show up there and turn the office upside down.” Twice, DOYLE said that if they did not put KLO on the phone, he was going to shoot everyone in the head. KD and other employees are afraid to return to the office due to the threats and harassment. KD said that staff is currently not in the office, but they are required to answer calls.
KLO said DOYLE is her ex-boyfriend and they dated three years ago. KD made her aware that someone was calling the business, and initially identified self as her brother, Ricky. She last saw DOYLE in person a month or two ago. DOYLE started calling her first, and called numerous times. DOYLE knows where she works and where she lives. He also knows her telephone number. She blocked his number, but he still calls and leaves voice mails. Some of the voice mails involve threats. KLO said DOYLE’s last address is in Harvey, Illinois, but she was told he is back in Minnesota.
KLO shared some of the messages left by DOYLE. The messages included the following. “Yeah, b****, I was sitting down here in the parking lot the whole time (inaudible). I know what I’m doing (inaudible). And I’m gonna come burn your s*** down for real inaudible)…. “That’s cool, I’m trying think should I call or go out to Visiting Angels and make a scene like you want me to act or that’s what I’m gonna do. I’m gonna go all out (inaudible) go out to Visiting Angels (inaudible) finna act a fool” “…. You don’t want to deal with this but I call your job today (inaudible) “B**** I don’t give no f*** about no order for protection, hoe, dumb b****. Let me call Visiting Angels give them your name and s***. Watch them take this s*** far, dumb ass b****.
