6/3/25 (RVPD CN# 25500611) OLD NAVY - 2480 FAIRVIEW AVE N, ROSEVILLE, MN On this date, a suspect later identified as JENNIE SHUMPERT, conceals merchandise from Old Navy into a Home Goods plastic bag, then leaves with the bag of stolen merchandise, failing to make payment or forfeit the merchandise valued at $276.83. Evidence to support this theft includes a Police Report, LP Report, Surveillance and Itemized List of Merchandise/Receipt. 6/3/25 (RVPD CN# 25017073) CUB FOODS - 2100 SNELLING AVE N, ROSEVILLE, MN Following the commission of her theft at Old Navy, SHUMPERT went to Cub Foods HarMar where she loaded up a cart of merchandise and wheeled it out of the store failing to make payment or forfeit the merchandise valued at $235.44 (pre-tax amount). Some employees followed SHUMPERT out to a vehicle to take photos of her to provide to police.
The vehicle SHUMPERT used was registered to SHUMPERT. Evidence to support this theft includes a Police Report, Surveillance, and an Itemized List of Merchandise/Receipt. Cub Foods does not provide LP Statements/Reports. 7/2/25 (RVPD CN# 25020627) FAMOUS FOOTWEAR - 2100 SNELLING AVE N, ROSEVILLE, MN SHUMPERT was recognized with a regular accomplice (ASHATI BLOODSAW) stealing from Famous Footwear at HarMar Mall. Both parties selected two pairs of Crocs shoes and concealed them in their purses before leaving, failing to make payment or forfeit the merchandise.
SHUMPERT was believed to be responsible for the theft of shoes valued at $95.97. Evidence to support this theft includes a Police Report, LP Report, Surveillance and an Itemized List of Merchandise. 7/8/25 (RVPD CN# 25500612) OLD NAVY - 2480 FAIRVIEW AVE N, ROSEVILLE, MN SHUMPERT, who is recognized as the 6/3 suspect by Loss Prevention, conceals merchandise from Old Navy in her purse. SHUMPERT makes a low dollar amount purchase before leaving the store with the remaining merchandise concealed in her purse, failing to make payment for it or forfeiting it.
The stolen merchandise was valued at $238.80. Evidence to support this theft includes a Police Report, LP Report, Surveillance and an Itemized List of Stolen Merchandise. Detective Crystal Jones, of the Roseville Police Department, visually confirmed that SHUMPERT was the suspect in all of these thefts. Detective Jones had been investigating SHUMPERT for an extended period for another Felony Theft case that was eventually charged, see 62-CR-25-7335. The total value of merchandise stolen across these four thefts is $847.04. SHUMPERT has a previous eligible conviction to enhance this to a Felony level crime, Felony Simple Robbery, convicted 11/16/2023 in 27-CR-22-8874.
