On April 24, 2026, Blaine Police Detective Ramirez spoke with an adult female, JC, who reported that her ex-boyfriend, DONNY JUNIOR WEST, [DOB REDACTED], hereinafter defendant, violated the Order For Protection (OFP) that is currently in existence. JC said she was at the Speedway located in Blaine, Anoka County, Minnesota the prior evening, April 23, 2026, when the defendant pulled into the Speedway parking lot and parked next to the gas pumps. JC stated the defendant pulled his hood over his head, made eye contact with her and gave her the middle finger.
The defendant then went into the store where JC’s friend was purchasing items. JC said she was fearful the defendant was going to do something to her friend. JC indicated saw the defendant walk around the store and then exit, making contact with her again. JC said she did not go home after the incident because she was afraid the defendant was going to be in the area and she terrorized by the defendant continuing to violate the OFP. Detective Ramirez confirmed the existence of an active OFP that issued on December 17, 2025, in Anoka County District Court File Number ••-CR-••-•••• prohibiting the defendant from contact with JC. Detective Ramirez also located pending matters where defendant has been charged with violating the OFP, specifically, ••-CR-••-•••• for conduct occurring on April 9, 2026, and ••-CR-••-•••• for conduct occurring on February 12, 2026. In addition, there are additional investigations involving the defendant for violating the OFP as well as burglaries that occurred at JC’s residence where the defendant is the current suspect.
