At around 9:45 AM on April 14, 2026, officers went to [ADDRESS REDACTED], St. Paul, Ramsey County on a domestic. Officers spoke to JS [DOB REDACTED] who said her brother, JACOB ROMAN SAWYER [DOB REDACTED], assaulted her and broke multiple windows inside the residence. JS explained that Sawyer shoved his way into the apartment and yelled, “You touched my stuff? You moved my stuff?” Sawyer swept pots and pans off the stove towards JS. Another sister was inside during Sawyer’s altercation with JS. The sister was too scared to come out of her room for fear that Sawyer would hurt her. The sisters said Sawyer is psychotic and has become unpredictable. Sawyer’s mother returned home and spoke to police. She said their landlord recently told them Sawyer could no longer stay there.
The family gathered Sawyer’s belongings and put them outside so he could easily grab the items without coming inside. Sawyer called his mother in a rage that morning because his property had been moved.
