On 06/18/2025 at 08:56, Prior Lake Police officers were dispatched to Mystic Lake Connivence Store No. 1, [ADDRESS REDACTED]., Prior Lake, Scott County, Minnesota, for a report of narcotics use. Mystic Lake Surveillance reported there was a maroon/red Porsche SUV at pump #5 whose driver was blatantly smoking something from tinfoil. At the scene, officers drove up to the vehicle with their squad's emergency light on. The driver and front seat passenger, later identified as Isabella Rose Bork, [DOB REDACTED] and Michael Lamar Johnson, [DOB REDACTED]. The two back seat passengers were identified as Eugene Johnson [DOB REDACTED] (behind driver seat) and Leslie Marie Rock [DOB REDACTED] (behind Passenger seat). The officer had Bork and Eugene Johnson step out of the vehicle.
Bork was visibly upset, stating she was upset with herself because of the criminal implications this incident will create. She mentioned that she had been doing good staying away from drugs (and the Police). Officer had the passenger side occupants, Michael Lamar Johnson and Leslie Marie Rock, exit the vehicle. As an officer approached the vehicle, Rock exited. Rock was told to get back inside but refused. As the officer was giving directions to Rock, he noticed that the front passenger, Michael Lamar Johnson, was reaching down and in front of him hurried and unnaturally.
The officer had Michael Johnson exit the vehicle. The officer searched Michale Johnson and found two crack pipes. Michale Johnson also stated he had warrants for his arrest. Michale Johnson was taken to the Scott County Jail. Once inside the jail, a corrections officer noted Johnson may have had something in his mouth. Johnson would not comply with officers to spit out the substance but eventually spit out a small chunk of suspected drugs. Johnson stated the substance was Tylenol and that he would be fine.
Johnson was taken to the St. Francis Hospital. Johnson admitted he had swallowed a crack rock. After a few hours, Johnson was cleared and returned to the Scott County Jail. The officer searched the vehicle and found: In Bork's purse on the front seat: folded tin foil containing a powder and rock-like substance, which field tested positive for cocaine, a Schedule II Controlled Substance, and $1,417 in US Currency. Bork stated the white substance were not drugs but cutting agents. Bork was taken to the Scott County Jail.
Officer check state records and found Rock was showing a Gross Misdemeanor warrant out of Hennepin County (False information) and Michael Lamar Johnson showed 3 warrants out of Hennepin County (one warrant is for obstruction of a legal process). Rock told the officer she was in possession of Fentanyl and that it was in her bra (right side). The officer had a female deputy called to the scene. The deputy located a small rolled up piece of paper. Rock was taken to the Scott County Jail on the warrants.
Rock was searched by jail staff and found to be in possession of a small white rocklike substance. The item was located in her bra (right side). Jail staff advised the officer that Rock told them it was "crack". The suspected drugs were sent to the BCA Forensic Laboratory for testing. On 11/06/2025 office received the results of the forensic testing. The substance found in Borks purse tested positive for Fentanyl, a Schedule I Controlled Substance, and weighed 1.435 grams.
