On October 20, 2025, Deputy Rebecca Wirkkula of the Wright County Sheriff's Office received notification from the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension, hereinafter BCA, predatory offender registration system that Pengi Grace Mboma [DOB REDACTED], hereinafter Defendant, moved into Wright County, Minnesota. Defendant was required to comply with predatory offender registration requirements, including providing correct information as to his primary residence. Defendant's registration information listed a primary address of 9261 26th Street Northeast, Saint Michael, Minnesota 55376, with a start date of October 20, 2025. A review of the sheriff's office records and the Beacon system revealed the 9261 address did not exist.
In 2024 the sheriff's office dealt with multiple calls for service from a residence in St. Michael involving Defendant. Defendant listed the residence in his registration materials. The first three digits of the four-digit address for the residence matched the false address submitted by Defendant, but the last digit was not the same. In 2024, the homeowners of the residence said Defendant never lived at the residence, was not welcome at the residence, and would not be allowed to live there. Deputy Durr conducted a compliance check and confirmed that 9261 26th Street Northeast, Saint Michael, Minnesota 55376 did not exist.
An adult male at the residence Defendant previously claimed to live at confirmed that Defendant was still not welcome at that location, did not live there, and would never live there. Given the facts alleged in the Complaint, Defendant's pending charges in Anoka and Wright counties, and the fact that Defendant failed to appear for court in Court File ••-CR-••-•••• on October 1, 2024, and did not appear on the case again until November 24, 2025, Defendant's arrest is necessary as a substantial likelihood exists that Defendant will fail to respond to a summons.
