On April 27, 2026, at approximately 9:05 P.M., police were called about a gun pointing incident at [ADDRESS REDACTED], St. Paul, Ramsey County, Minnesota. The caller was no longer on scene, and State Troopers were dispatched to meet with the caller. A new caller reported another gun pointing incident at the St. Paul address. Dispatch comments indicated that a female was in front of the address pointing and waving a gun at her daughter and was in a white Jeep Cherokee. Upon arrival, the second caller, SBS, told police that a female, later fully identified as ALIYONA DAMILA ROGERS – [DOB REDACTED], was a former friend of her daughter, JJS. SBS reported that ROGERS came to the address trying to fight JJS. SBS said ROGERS drove past numerous times that evening and shouted from the vehicle.
SBS told police that ROGERS pulled a gun out of her vehicle and waved the gun around. JJS told police that she had been friends with ROGERS since they met in 2019. JJS said ROGERS was dating a guy and accused JJS of talking to him, which fueled a “beef” between them. In 2020, the guy ROGERS was dating was killed, and the beef between them ended. Recently, ROGERS brought the issue up again with JJS and said she wanted to fight her. Earlier that day, JJS said she was at the residence with her mother, SBS, when ROGERS drove past numerous times.
JJS reported that she was sitting in her vehicle when ROGERS exited her vehicle, stood in the middle of the street, waved the handgun, and asked JJS if she wanted to get pistol-whipped. JJS did not want to get into an altercation where she would get shot at, so she left the area and drove toward Woodbury. ROGERS followed closely behind her and pointed the gun at her while she drove on the highway. Eventually, JJS was able to get away from ROGERS. JJS returned to the address and was parked across the street when she noticed ROGERS return to the address.
JJS reported that ROGERS exited her vehicle, stood in the middle of the street again, and pointed the gun at JJS. JJS said she ran inside and told SBS, who called the police. JJS also told police that ROGERS had been sending her harassing text messages. Police spoke with the other 911 caller, LDNM, who met with State Troopers in Woodbury. LDNM said she went to [ADDRESS REDACTED] because her friend called and said that she needed help because three girls were outside trying to fight her. When LDNM arrived, her friend, JJS, and ROGERS were already there.
LDNM saw ROGERS get out of her vehicle and wave a gun while screaming something at them. LDNM told JJS that they had to go because ROGERS had a gun. LDNM and JJS got into their vehicles, and ROGERS followed behind JJS’s vehicle. LDNM reported feeling extremely scared and remembers shaking, trembling, and stuttering on the phone with 911. They all drove eastbound on I-94, and LDNM said ROGERS tried to run her off the road and drove in front of her then braked hard to force LDNM to slow down. While driving, LDNM was on the phone with 911 and was directed to meet State Troopers in Woodbury.
