On November 14, 2025, BRIAN DAVID SILVERS [DOB REDACTED] failed to appear at a probation violation hearing on VOCSL 5 charges in Anoka County District Court file ••-CR-••-••••. A warrant was issued for Silvers’ arrest. On December 20, 2025, an officer came upon a 2002 Mitsubishi Montero bearing Minnesota license plates JLV144 parked at Public Storage at [ADDRESS REDACTED] E2, New Brighton, Ramsey County. Silvers has previously been arrested in the Montero, and the officer discovered the warrant when he investigated the vehicle.
The officer found Silvers hiding inside an empty storage locker inside the facility. Silvers said something like, “You found me,” when the officer opened the locker. Silvers had 3 bags of drugs in his pants when arrested. The contents of each bag tested positive for the presence of methamphetamine and weighed a combined total of 0.97 grams. Silvers was advised of his constitutional rights and agreed to speak to the officer. Silvers claimed that he did not know the drugs were in the pants. Silvers admitted the pants belonged to him.
Silvers said he pulled a pair of pants out of his bag that morning and didn’t realize he still had drugs in the pockets. Silvers is in custody in Ramsey County.
