On January 20, 2025, at approximately 6:20 A.M., Saint Paul Officers responded to the 2200 block of Benson Avenue, Saint Paul, County of Ramsey, on a domestic call where PNB reported her boyfriend- STANDIFER-threatened to kill her and the children.
STANDIFER was gone on arrival when officers arrived. PNB told officers she has ongoing issues with STANDIFER. In the morning, she was watching television while he was eating. Suddenly, he went off and screamed and cursed at her. He screamed that he was going to kill her and her children, and ran at her. The children were not on scene. PNB grabbed her phone, locked herself in the bathroom, and called 911. STANDIFER tried to get into the bathroom. When she yelled that she called police, he ran out of the apartment.
PNB said today’s incident was not physical. PNB said that on January 19, 2026, between 6:00-8:00 A.M., STANDIFER physically assaulted her by hitting and biting her. PNB had bite marks on both shoulders and back, bruises on her ribs. She was not able to call police on January 19th because she did not have access to her telephone. During blueprint questions, when asked if she thought STANDIFER would kill or seriously injure her or the children, PNB said yes and that he told her so. In a follow-up call to PNB, PNB told an investigator she is not interested in pressing charges.
