On October 1, 2025, at approximately 9:42 P.M., Saint Paul Officers were dispatched to the parking lot of Holiday Gas Station, [ADDRESS REDACTED], Saint Paul, County of Ramsey, on a call where two individuals were slumped over in a car. Officers arrived and observed two females passed out in the driver’s seat and passenger seat. Pieces of aluminum foil were between the driver and passenger. LB was in the driver’s seat. KENYETTA LASHAWN CURTIS, [DOB REDACTED], was in the passenger seat. Before placing CURTIS in a squad car, she was pat frisked.
An officer observed a plastic baggie containing a white substance in the pocket of CURTIS’s hoodie. Several more baggies with the same white rock substance were found in CURTIS’s pants. As Officer Bravo removed the suspected drugs from CURTIS, a baggie fell to the ground. CURTIS attempted to stomp on the baggie and drag it with her shoe. Officer Curtis recovered the baggie. On the transport to the LEC, CURTIS said she swallowed fentanyl. Medics were called, Narcan was administered, and CURTIS was transported to Regions Hospital.
Officer Kinn conducted presumptive tests on suspected drugs. Item #1, small bag containing four small plastic baggies. Item #1A, tested, result positive cocaine, net weight.93 grams. The substances in the other bags were not tested (Item #1 B, net weight 3.28 grams; Item #2 net weight 3.26 grams). CURTIS has a prior drug conviction in court file ••-CR-••-••••.
