On December 20, 2025, at 1530 hours, St. Paul police officers responded to the 700 block of Cottage, St. Paul, Ramsey County, on a report of a neighbor threatening the caller with a knife. LLC, [DOB REDACTED], stated that her neighbor, Karen Lynn Sizemore, [DOB REDACTED], came to her side door with a black-handled silver knife. She was waving it around making LLC fearful of going outside. LLC’s son MPM, [DOB REDACTED], answered the door. Sizemore was telling him to get his “b**** ass mama.” LLC was behind MPM and she reached around to make sure the storm door was locked.
MPM confirmed LLC’s account of the incident. A neighbor, DSH, [DOB REDACTED], told police that he heard a commotion outside and saw Sizemore holding a black and silver knife by LLC’s door. Officers arrested Sizemore. She told officers that she put the knife away. In a post-Miranda interview, she stated that she and LLC had been arguing about a parking spot. They had exchanged “nasty” texts. She admitted that she went over to LLC’s house with a knife in her pocket. When her son answered the door, she displayed the knife.
She admitted that she wanted to scare him and LLC.
