At around 7:00 AM on September 21, 2025, officers were sent to [ADDRESS REDACTED], St. Paul, Ramsey County on a criminal damage to property report. Officers spoke to GF who said his Ring camera that captured a former neighbor, GRANT CHRISTIAN LIMBURG [DOB REDACTED], approached the camera and spat on it. Limburg then walked down the driveway to where GF’s cars were parked. Another video from 1:10 AM on September 21, 2025, showed Limburg walking in the direction of GF’s cars with a large rock in his hand.
GF discovered brown liquid substance with a rancid smell had been spread on or vehicles and a camper. The liquid was later identified as a plant-based fish food. A rock had been used to break the back window and a taillight of a Kia Telluride bearing Minnesota license plates 8BV155. A GMC Yukon bearing Minnesota license plates 8BE470 had a dent on the passenger side of its hood. The rock was on the ground next to the Yukon. GF showed police a front patio window and had been broken and its internal mesh screen had been damaged.
GF said that Limberg has a fascination with the books in front of the window. GF provided estimates in the amount of $1779.12 and $2488.41 to repair the damage to his vehicles.
