On November 19, 2025, at approximately 1:41 P.M., Saint Anthony Police Officers were dispatched to an apartment on the 2800 block of Silver Lane, Saint Anthony, County of Ramsey. AKF told officers a male-later identified as NICHOLAS PAUL KRIER, [DOB REDACTED]-knocked on her apartment door. She opened the door slightly-enough to fit her face.
KRIER pushed his way through the door and into her, backing her into her apartment. AKF yelled at KRIER to get out and tried pushing him back out the door. KRIER pushed his body into her, pushed her further into her apartment, and asked her what she was going to do about it. KRIER walked through the entryway and into the living room area. AKF told him she was calling the cops. KRIER told her that he was the cops and for her to call them. AKF called 911. While AKF was on the phone with 911, KRIER yelled at her that she had drugs in the apartment.
KRIER also said he needed to check on her baby since the baby was crying. AKF said she was afraid for her and her baby’s life. AKF said KRIER smelled of alcohol. KRIER did not have permission to enter her apartment. KRIER told AKF to have the police find him in [APT REDACTED]. He then theft. AKF said her husband, JF, met KRIER in the common area of the apartment. Officers found KRIER on the first floor of the apartment. He told officers he was the guy they were looking for; “I am the perpetrator.” KRIER requested they move away from the area.
Officers and KRIER walked to the laundry room. KRIER was intoxicated and slurred his words. He said he went to the neighbor’s apartment to get drugs. He uses drugs and his drug of choice is methamphetamine. When asked if the neighbor sold drugs, KRIER would not answer. He said since he could not get drugs, he would check on the baby because it kept crying. KRIER said he was not going to speak further without an attorney. KRIER tried to walk out of the laundry room, but was stopped by an officer. Other officers arrived and recognized KRIER as a suspect in a shoplifting incident that occurred one hour prior at a liquor store.
KRIER was arrested. KRIER yelled at officers, swore, and told them he could kick their “asses.” He also apologized to officers. JF, AKF’s husband, said he met KRIER a couple of nights prior. KRIER asked him for marijuana. He did not know why KRIER would force his way into his apartment. KRIER and his wife are residents in an apartment in the same building.
