On April 5, 2026, at approximately 8:30 A.M., Brooklyn Park Police Department officers were dispatched to a reported assault, occurring on the 2600 block of 77th Boulevard in Brooklyn Park, Hennepin County, Minnesota. Upon arrival, officers made contact with Victim SW, hereinafter Victim. Victim [NAME REDACTED] individual, identified as MILAH JOY BULL, [DOB REDACTED], hereinafter Defendant intentionally rammed her vehicle into the vehicle Victim was occupying as a passenger. Victim [NAME REDACTED] in a Dodge Durango vehicle with a male driver who was known to Victim.
As the two sat in the parked Durango, Defendant arrived driving a white Toyota Camry. Victim knows Defendant to be the mother of the male driver's child. Upon arrival, Defendant got out of her vehicle and approached the Durango. The male driver placed the Durango in reverse and attempted to leave the area. As the Durango drove in reverse, Defendant reentered her Camry and drove it directly into the front of the Durango, causing the airbags in the Camry to deploy upon impact. The male driver of the Durango continued his attempt to leave the scene when Defendant again drove directly into the Durango a second time.
After the aforementioned collisions initiated by Defendant, Victim exited the Durango and retreated to her home. Defendant thereafter entered the Durango and fled the scene with the male driver. Defendant is currently in custody. The State respectfully requests this complaint issue via Order of Detention.
