M., Officers responded to a report from Allied Security of a suspicious male, later identified as the above-named Defendant REMY RAMONE GREEN, [DOB REDACTED] that was believed to be trespassed and was walking on the moving walkways in the Orange Ramp at Terminal 2, in the jurisdiction of the Metropolitan Airports Commission, County of Hennepin, State of Minnesota. Officer Krienert arrived in the area and located Defendant standing on the Light Rail Transit (“LRT”) platform waiting for the northbound train.
When asked, Defendant denied being on the moving walkways and stated that he was waiting on someone to buy him a boarding pass. Officer Krienert asked Defendant for which airline and Defendant stated that he was flying private and then asked where the private planes were located. Officer Krienert determined that Defendant had no legitimate business for being at the airport. When asked, Defendant verbally identified himself and then boarded the northbound train before Officer Krienert was able to confirm Defendant’s trespass status.
Officer Krienert updated Dispatch and aired Defendant’s identification. Metro Transit Police Officer Sampson arrived in the area and informed Officer Krienert that he recognized Defendant’s name as being gross misdemeanor trespassed by Metro Transit Police. Officer Sampson requested that an Airport Police Officer detain Defendant at the train’s next stop at Terminal 1. Officer Arnold arrived on the LRT platform at Terminal 1 and observed Defendant exit the train and walk towards the escalator that goes to the Silver Ramp and Hub Core building.
Officer Arnold observed that Defendant stopped when Defendant saw him. Defendant was placed under arrest. A query check on Defendant revealed that Defendant was on the Airport Police Department’s active gross misdemeanor trespass list after Defendant received a trespass notice on October 7, 2025. A review of Closed-Circuit Television camera footage confirmed that Defendant was inside the Orange Parking Ramp before Officer Krienert made contact with him on the LRT Platform.
