On or about November 18, 2025, at approximately 5:15 pm, Brooklyn Center police officers responded to a stabbing that occurred at the Super 8 Motel, in Brooklyn Center, Hennepin County, Minnesota. Upon arrival, officers observed adult female S. R. J. In the lobby of the motel. S. R. J. Had significant lacerations to her head and face, including a large laceration above her left eye with substantial bruising. There were lacerations to her cheek and mouth as well. S. R. J. Was taken to the hospital for treatment.
Officers spoke with S. R. J. At the hospital. S. R. J. Stated earlier that day, she was in the hallway of the Super 8 Motel, just outside her room, talking with another person. As they talked, S. R. J. Saw another female, later identified as TIFFANY ANN FLOWERS [DOB REDACTED], hereinafter “Defendant,” standing nearby, listening to the conversation. S. R. J. Confronted Defendant and told her stop listening, causing Defendant to become angry. Defendant and S. R. J. Got into a physical altercation. During the altercation, Defendant pulled out a box-cutter type razor blade.
Defendant then slashed S. R. J. Multiple times in the head and face with the razor blade. S. R. J. Stated she put her hands up to cover her head but Defendant continued to slash at her, cutting S. R. J.’s hand too. S. R. J. Stated she briefly lost consciousness during the altercation, and also lost consciousness several times during the transport to the hospital. S. R. J. Stated she did not know the person but had received several phone calls from people telling her the suspect’s name was “Tiffany Flowers” and her nickname was “Pinky.” Officers conducted a photo line-up with S. R. J. S. R. J. Positively identified Defendant as the person that stabbed her.
Officers reviewed surveillance video from the motel. The video shows Defendant wielding a knife and slashing at S. R. J.’s head and face. Defendant then leaves the motel on foot. Defendant poses a danger to public safety and her whereabouts are currently unknown. The State respectfully requests a warrant issue with this complaint.
