Your Complainant is a Deputy with the Steel County Sheriff's Office. On November 20th, 2025, Brandon Louis Church [DOB REDACTED] was taken into custody for an active warrant from the State of Iowa. On November 20th, 2025, a Felony Warrant was issued for Brandon Louis Church from Lyon County, Iowa, for the following counts: 1 - 728.12(2): Sexual Exploitation of a Minor - Promote Film 2 - 728.12(3): Purchase/Possess Depiction of Minor in Sex Act 1st Offense 3 - 728.12(3): Purchase/Possess Depiction of Minor in Sex Act 1st Offense 4 - 728.12(3): Purchase/Possess Depiction of Minor in Sex Act 1st Offense 5 - 728.12(3): Purchase/Possess Depiction of Minor in Sex Act 1st Offense 6 - 728.12(3): Purchase/Possess Depiction of Minor in Sex Act 1st Offense 7 - 728.12(3): Purchase/Possess Depiction of Minor in Sex Act 1st Offense 8 - 728.12(3): Purchase/Possess Depiction of Minor in Sex Act 1st Offense 9 - 728.12(3): Purchase/Possess Depiction of Minor in Sex Act 1st Offense 10 - 728.12(3): Purchase/Possess Depiction of Minor in Sex Act 1st Offense 11 - 728.12(3): Purchase/Possess Depiction of Minor in Sex Act 1st Offense 12 - 728.12(3): Purchase/Possess Depiction of Minor in Sex Act 1st Offense The State of Iowa indicated that they would pursue extradition of Brandon Louis Church if not waived.
Complainant has reasonable ground to believe that Brandon Louis Church is the person described in the documents received from the State of Iowa and is a fugitive from justice. Brandon Louis Church should be brought before the Steele County District Court so he may be advised of his rights and a determination be made whether or not he waives extradition to the State of Iowa or whether he contests and demands a hearing relative to the right of the State of Minnesota to return him to the State of Iowa.
