On December 15, 2025 Carver County Deputies were dispatched to MGM Liquor in Waconia, Carver County, based upon a report that a male dropped his pants and exposed his rear to a nine-year old. K. M. D. Reported that her and her minor daughter (birth year 2016) had arrived at parked in from of MGM. K. M. D. Observed a male leaning against the USPS drop box. As K. M. D. And her daughter walked past the male and toward the store the male said "hey girls how's it goin, how are you." K. M. D. Stated she nodded but did not response and continued to pick up groceries at Mackenthuns.
The male was still standing at the USPS box when the left the store five minutes later. K. M. D. Stated the male was looking at them. K. M. D. And her daughter entered MGM for a few minutes. When the exited and walked toward their vehicle the male turned around and fidgeted with his pants. He used his hands to pull his pants down and then "fully bent over" with his knees bent back towards her. K. M. D. Observed the male entire rear end "crack and all." K. M. D. Moved her vehicle and reported this to an MGM employee.
K. M. D. Believed the pulling down of the pants was directed at her and her daughter. The minor daughter said "mom I can see that guy's butt." K. M. D. Described the male as white, 5'7", thin, light eyes, dirty blonde hair, some facial scruff, dark jeans, dark coat, dark beanie hat, backpack and a blue moving blanket. The minor stated she observe a male by the mailbox bending over and she could see his "behind." She clarified the male was there when she arrived at the store and there when she left.
The minor stated it "weirded" her out and made her feel "really uncomfortable." She explained she observed black shorts with a red waistband under his pants. She stated the male was looking in her direction prior to grabbing the waistline of his pants and wiggling them down. Deputies later conducted a photo lineup and K. M. D. Identified Defendant as being 80% certain it was the same person who pulled down his pants. Deputies responded to the area and observed a male in the Mackenthuns parking lot pulling a suitcase behind with a blanket and some clothing articles.
He was identified as Jordan Lamar Beck (4-17-1987), hereinafter Defendant. Defendant was told they were investigating a report of an interaction. Defendant stated he did have some conversations with people when he was over by the post office. Defendant was wearing clothing that matched the description provided by K. M. D. Defendant was arrested for indecent exposure. Defendant pulled his arms away and tensed his arms preventing deputies from placing handcuffs on him. Defendant was belligerent, yelling obscenities and asking for help.
During a search Defendant was observed to be wearing black shorts with a red band. Defendant was searched incident to arrest and located a glass pipe used for smoking that has some white residue. Deputies advised Defendant that introducing anything to the jail would be a separate charge. Defendant was transported to the Carver County Jail. At the jail Deputies observed a box of cigarettes in Defendant's socks. Inside the box was a white crystal substance in a plastic bag. When asked about the substance during a Miranda Defendant stated" that's a good question and it might be worth testing." The substance field tested positive for meth, MDMA and ecstasy and weighed 1.2 grams.
