On January 10, 2026, Minneapolis Police Officers were dispatched to a known residence located in Minneapolis, Hennepin County, Minnesota, on a sexual assault call. Officers met with S. C. Who stated that both of her children reported being touched sexually by a family friend, JAYLEN WILLIS WILEY [DOB REDACTED], the defendant herein. Victim A, a four-year-old female, told S. C. That the defendant put his penis in her mouth. Victim B, a six- year-old male, told S. C. That the defendant performed oral sex on him and that the defendant put his penis in Victim B’s mouth.

Both victims were brought to CornerHouse to be interviewed. Victim A described that the defendant touched her vagina, calling it her “front part”. Victim A also stated that the defendant took off her clothes. Victim B reported that the defendant’s mouth was on his penis. Victim B also said the defendant put his penis on Victim B's butt. At one point during the interview, Victim B said he felt the defendant, "pushing himself in" Victim B’s butt and that it hurt. Victim B stated that he saw Victim A’s buttocks penetrated by the defendant’s penis.

Victim B described that the assaults occurred while he was six. The defendant is currently in custody.
