Destiny Lyn Cragoe

On or about November 15, 2025, Law Enforcement was on routine patrol in the area of Highway 65 and 147 Avenue NE, City of Ham Lake, Anoka County, MN, when they observed a stolen vehicle nearby. Law Enforcement pulled behind the vehicle with emergency lights and siren activated. The driver of the vehicle, later identified as DESTINY LYN CRAGOE [DOB REDACTED], Defendant herein, looked at the Law Enforcement vehicle through one of her side mirrors and accelerated to over 80 MPH in a 65 MPH zone. Defendant fled from Law Enforcement, failed to signal lane changes, and traveled on the wrong side of the road.

Law Enforcement terminated the pursuit due to safety concerns, but observed the stolen vehicle went off road into a trailer park. The vehicle was located in the trailer park unoccupied. With the help of an eyewitness and the use of a drone, Law Enforcement located Defendant on a nearby roof. A gray jacket Defendant was observed wearing was located near the ladder to the roof Defendant was found on. Inside of the gray jacket was a baggie containing a crystal-like substance that field tested positive for methamphetamine and weighed approximately 5 grams.

Inside of the gray jacket, Law Enforcement located a screwdriver, pair of gloves, ski mask, and an iPhone. The stolen vehicle had damage to the driver’s door lock, and the steering column was also damaged.
