Jesus Alejandro Gutierrez Angulo

On or about March 13, 2026, at approximately 7:02 AM, law enforcement officers with the Faribault Police Department responded to an apartment on Central Avenue, Faribault, Rice County, Minnesota on the report of a domestic. Law enforcement encountered Adult Victim. The officer observed swelling and a large red mark on Adult Victim's face. Adult Victim described to law enforcement she went to the apartment to discuss separating from Jesus Alejandro GUTIERREZ ANGULO, [DOB REDACTED], the defendant herein.

Adult Victim [NAME REDACTED] was waiting for her at the door. She entered the apartment and GUTIERREZ ANGULO offered her a knife, telling her to use the knife against him. She said she would not and GUTIERREZ ANGULO put the knife down. Adult Victim [NAME REDACTED] was over and she was leaving. GUTIERREZ ANGULO got in front of Adult Victim. Adult Victim [NAME REDACTED]. GUTIERREZ ANGULO would not let her leave. GUTIERREZ ANGULO shoved and pushed at Adult Victim [NAME REDACTED]. GUTIERREZ ANGULO used his index finger to push at Adult Victim's chest.

GUTIERREZ ANGULO then slapped Adult Victim in the face with an open palm. Adult Victim's head flew back and she hit her head on the window ledge. Adult Victim was then able to run out of the apartment and call 911. Adult Victim [NAME REDACTED], intimidated, and threatened.
