Your complainant is Medina Police Investigator Jordan Myhre. In that capacity, your complainant has read the police reports of Medina Police Sergeant Kevin Boecker and believes the following to be true: On November 22, 2025, at approximately 2:28 P.M., Sergeant Boecker responded to a report of a minor who attempted to purchase a Loon Maxx 6.5 ml gum mint vape with a fraudulent ID at Holiday Gas located at [ADDRESS REDACTED] 55 in the City of Medina, County of Hennepin, State of Minnesota. Sergeant Boecker was told that the suspect left Holiday in a black Audi with unknown plates.
Sergeant Boecker spoke with Holiday employee T. J. J., who stated that he confiscated the false ID after he recognized the ID as being fraudulent. T. J. J. Handed Sergeant Boecker with the fraudulent ID, which was in the name of Dylan James Lee, [DOB REDACTED]. Sergeant Boecker asked T. J. J. If the person in the photo on the ID was the individual who presented the ID. T. J. J. Stated it was the same person. Sergeant Boecker conducted a computerized search of the name Dylan James Lee and found Dylan James Lee, [DOB REDACTED], 18 years old, hereinafter Defendant.
Sergeant Boecker looked at the photo of Defendant on his driver’s license and observed that it matched the photo on the fraudulent ID. Sergeant Boecker attempted to call Defendant but was unable to reach him. On November 22, 2025, at approximately 4:30 P.M., Medina Police Officers Hermerding and Gregory went to Defendant’s home. The officers spoke with Defendant’s sister, who provide the officers with a phone number for Defendant. Officer Hermerding called the phone number but no one answered.
