All the suspected methamphetamine on defendant Decker was confirmed by the lab to be methamphetamine in the total amount of 3.13 grams.
In a post-Miranda statement, defendant Decker told law enforcement that the truck was his and that he bought it in Pine City for $9,000 from a female named Felicia. Defendant Decker told law enforcement that he knows that Felicia has been involved with stolen vehicles before. Defendant Decker also admitted that he was in possession of a “couple grams” of methamphetamine, Adderall, and Percocet, none of which he has a prescription for. Upon further investigation, law enforcement found that defendant Decker had transferred the title to his white 2002 Dodge Ram on August 18, 2025, reporting a sale of $1,000. Defendant Nelson Defendant Nelson was arrested.
