The BCA advised that they received a picture of child sexual abuse material (CSAM) placed into a Bing reverse search for more phots of the same tyoe, The IP address on the search came back to 8276 8th Avenue in the City of New Auburn, County of Sibley). Reid Duncan Edman [DOB REDACTED], hereafter referred to as "defendant," lives at that residence. On March 4, 2025, Investigator Skelly executed a search warrant at defendant's residence. During the search, Investigator Skelly took Defendant's Dell desk top computer and Motorola smartphone into evidence.
The devices were sent to the BCA for analysis. The results of the analysis were obtained and reviewed on October 28, 2025. During the analysis, numerous pieces of CSAM were found including the following: CSAM # 1: a photo of a young female under the age of 14 exposing a full size penis while laying on a bed. CSAM #2: a photo of a young female who is obviously under the age of 14 having 2 adult men penetrating her vagina and her anus CSAM #3: a photo of a young female who is obviously under the age of 14 exposing her vagina while sitting/laying on a couch CSAM # 4: a photo of a young female who is obviously under the age of 14 sitting on a moped fully nudeexposing her vagina.
CSAM #5: a photo of 2 young females who are obviously under the age of 14 laying on the ground. Both females are fully nude. Both females are lifting one leg exposing there vagina and anus. CSAM #6: a photo of a young female who is obviously under the age of 14 sitting on a couch taking a "selfie" sitting on a couch exposing her vagina with a shirt on. CSAM #7: a photo of a young female with brown/red hair standing in a on a bed in full nude. Her hands are on her thighs. She is exposing her breast and vagina.
CSAM #8: a photo of a young female who is obviously under the age of 14 with a pink/gray stripped shirt lifted up. The young female is exposing her vagina. CSAM #9: a photo of a your female who obviously under the age of 14 laying on a bed in full nude with her arms above her head and legs spread apart. There is a penis also exposed in the photo that appears it is about to penetrate her vagina. CSAM #10: a photo of 2 young females obviously under the age of 14 laying on a bed in full nude exposing their vaginas and breasts. 4 ••-CR-••-•••• Filed in District Court State of Minnesota 10/31/2025 Given the nature of these allegations, a warrant is respectfully requested for defendant's arrest.
