On 03/02/2020, Robert Lee Dullum [DOB REDACTED] herein the defendant, was convicted of felony domestic assault and harassment/restraining order violation Court File Number ••-CR-••-••••. Defendant was required to register the Minnesota Predatory Offender Registration in accordance with the Minnesota Statute Section 243.166. His registration period expires on 1/10/2031. As a person required to register, defendant was required to provide and update his primary address with the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension (BCA). On February 3, 2025, defendant completed Minnesota Predatory Offender Change of Information Form updating his primary address as Minnesota Adult and Teen Challenge [ADDRESS REDACTED] NW, Rochester, Olmsted County, Minnesota 55901. On February 20, 2025, Detective Burdick of the Rochester Police Department learned that defendant was discharged from Minnesota Adult and Teen Challenge on 02/07/2025 against staff advice.
Detective Burdick called the phone number listed for the defendant and received message stating that the number had been disconnected. Detective Burdick called a different number for the defendant and spoke with him. Detective Burdick noted that the defendant was belligerent and argumentative. Defendant is currently incarcerated in the Goodhue County Jail as of 02/26/2025. The state requests complaint warrant to be issued.
