On November 19, 2025, Eden Prairie police officers met with adult female Victim regarding a sexual assault that occurred on or about October 6, 2025, at her residence located on the 13000 block of Chestnut Drive, in Eden Prairie, Hennepin County, Minnesota. Victim identified the suspect as her boyfriend, AARON MICHAEL SCHENCK [DOB REDACTED], hereinafter “Defendant.” Victim [NAME REDACTED] in a relationship for almost a year and live together at the residence. Victim stated on October 6, 2025, she was at home with Defendant during the day.

They were in the bedroom when Defendant started trying to pull down Victim’s pants. Defendant wanted to have sex but Victim refused and pulled her pants back up. Victim [NAME REDACTED], “No,” but Defendant ignored her and continued to pull her pants down. Defendant then got on top of Victim and penetrated Victim’s vagina with his penis. Victim repeatedly told Defendant to stop but Defendant ignored her. Victim [NAME REDACTED] has been violent with her on another occasion as well. Victim showed officers numerous text messages where Defendant continuously berates Victim.

Defendant has threatened to kill himself in the past as well. Defendant poses a threat to public safety. The State respectfully requests a warrant issue with this complaint.
