Terry Kim Breaux

On April 26, 2026, at 0345 hours, St. Paul police officers responded to Dale and Central, St. Paul, Ramsey County, on a report of a male slumped over at the wheel of a running 2006 Ford F150 vehicle. Officers observed that the vehicle was stopped well away from the curb and was blocking a lane of traffic. The vehicle was running. Officer had to shake the driver, later identified as Terry Kimm Brueax, [DOB REDACTED], to get him to wake up. He smelled of the strong odor of a consumed alcoholic beverage.

He was disoriented. His speech was slurred. He refused to step out of the vehicle, and he refused to identify himself. When officers determined his identity, they discovered that he had a warrant for felony DWI out of Ramsey County in 62CR24403. He had a warrant out of Parish County, Louisiana for felony DWI. His driving privileges were cancelled – inimical to public safety. After a breath test advisory, Brueax refused to provide a sample of his breath for analysis.
