Creshawn Depre Pryor

At around 1:10 PM on March 18, 2026, officers responded to [ADDRESS REDACTED], St. Paul, Ramsey County on a 911 call where a woman said she had been shot and someone else was dead. When dispatch asked the caller where the person was who did this, the caller replied, “Creshawn Pryor. Creshawn Pryor. Come on!” Officers saw KRBS [DOB REDACTED] inside the building crawling towards the stairs. Officers breached the door and made entry. KRBS was unable to move, her pants were soaked in blood, and she had several gunshot wounds to her body.

KRBS had two cell phones in her possession – one pink and one red. When asked who did this to her, KRBS replied, “Creshawn.” Dispatch informed officers on the scene that CRESHAWN DEPRE PRYOR [DOB REDACTED] was the reports suspect in a previous domestic at the same address. A man upstairs screamed, “Come up here and help him.” Officers went upstairs and found a man with gunshot wounds to his body lying in a pool of blood on KRBS’s living room floor. Officers applied a tourniquet to the man’s left leg.

The man had shallow breathing and asked officers to perform CPR on him. When asked who shot him, the man said it was KRBS’s boyfriend who was wearing pajamas. Officers saw 5 spent rifle casings on the living room floor and a black CZ 9mm handgun on a white cabinet next to an identification for Creshawn Depre Pryor. Officers saw a bullet had struck the side of the refrigerator. Officers saw two bullet holes in a bedroom door and two bullet holes in the opposite bedroom wall. Live handgun rounds, 6 spent 9mm handgun casings, and blood were on the bedroom floor.

Medics transported KRBS and the man to the hospital. Medics noted KRBS had multiple gunshot entry wounds ot her right thigh, stomach, and pelvis. The man was pronounced dead at the hospital, and KRBS was rushed into surgery in critical condition. KRBS had 3 gunshot wounds that injured her uterus, lower intestine, kidney, and liver. KRBS would need additional surgeries to address her injuries. Another apartment dweller told police he and his brother were in their apartment when they heard approximately 10 gunshots followed by a woman screaming.

They did not hear any arguing before the shooting occurred. Officers learned that KRBS had her 3-year-old daughter with her at the time of the shooting. A neighbor investigating the shooting found the girl in KRBS’s apartment. The neighbor brought the girl to their apartment. The man who had been shot inside KRBS’s apartment told the neighbor he was dying. The girl had blood on her clothes but was uninjured. The neighbor told police he heard an argument from KRBS’s apartment the previous evening around 8:00 PM. Police also received a welfare check phone call about a barefoot man wearing a green robe who walked in the alley between Charles and Edmund Avenues near Syndicate Street.

A man approached officers outside the apartment building with a phone in his hand. The man said Pryor told him about a guy who came into the apartment who had a gun and assaulted Pryor’s girlfriend. Shots were exchanged, and Pryor fled the apartment. Officers learned that Pryor was at [ADDRESS REDACTED]. Officers went to [ADDRESS REDACTED]. Pryor exited and was taken into custody. KG provided police with two videos from [ADDRESS REDACTED]. Pryor approached and entered the house wearing a green robe at 1:27 PM. KG later agreed to speak to an investigator at police headquarters.
