On December 31, 2025, at approximately 11:00 am, Brooklyn Center police officers met with adult female Victim regarding a sexual assault that occurred over the course of several days at the Super 8 Motel, located in Brooklyn Center, Hennepin County, Minnesota. Victim stated between December 27 and December 29, 2025, she was held against her will and sexually assaulted in room 239 of the hotel by a man later identified as NORBIT DEMETRIUS JENKINS [DOB REDACTED], hereinafter “Defendant.” Victim [NAME REDACTED], December 26, 2025, she went to the Super 8 Motel to find her boyfriend because she knew he was picking up drugs from his dealer at the motel.
When Victim arrived, she could not find her boyfriend but did meet Defendant, who told her she could wait for him inside room 239. Defendant told her it was safe because there were several other girls inside the room. Victim went into the room and saw several other people, including several other females. One of the females was 17 years old. Victim stated there were eight people total inside the room but some of them would go in and out. During the course of that night, they all used narcotics including crack cocaine and fentanyl.
Victim [NAME REDACTED] was a recovering addict and did not want to do drugs but the males would get mad at her so she agreed. At this point, Victim still thought things were fairly normal since they were just watching movies and hanging out. Defendant was sleeping. COUNT 1: At one point, Defendant woke up and became very angry that everyone was using his drugs. Defendant told the other males to leave so it was only Defendant and four females in the room. Defendant told them, “Someone had to pay for this,” and made them all undress until they were completely naked.
Defendant then pulled out a handgun and told the women they were not allowed to leave until they made it up to him. Victim stated all the women were extremely scared and they all performed oral sex on Defendant except the 17 year old female, who was crying and extremely upset. Defendant penetrated Victim’s mouth with his penis without her consent. After this happened, Victim [NAME REDACTED] was extremely exhausted and passed out. She woke up the next day, Sunday, December 28, 2025, at approximately 10:00 am.
When she woke up, everyone else had left except Defendant and herself. Defendant told her to take a shower and told her he was going to take her car, which was parked outside. Defendant did not have permission to drive Victim’s vehicle. Victim said she just wanted to leave but Defendant told her she was not allowed to leave, and that people were watching the room. Victim was afraid for her life so she stayed in the room. Defendant left for several hours and returned with another female and two other males.
