COUNT 2: At approximately 10:00 pm that night, Defendant approached Victim [NAME REDACTED] on top of her. Victim [NAME REDACTED], that she was tired, but Defendant told her, “You don’t get to make that decision.” He told her she should never say no and burnt her arm with a crack pipe. Officers observed a burn mark on Victim’s forearm. Defendant then pulled off her pants and underwear, and forcefully penetrated her vagina with his penis. Victim [NAME REDACTED] was extremely aggressive, repeatedly hitting and choking her during the penetration.
At one point, Defendant pushed his forearm into her neck preventing her from breathing. Victim [NAME REDACTED] in extreme pain and felt dizzy at times. This went on for over an hour. Officers observed numerous bruises on Victim’s body. Victim stated Defendant also forced her to perform oral sex during this altercation. Defendant continuously used crack during the assault as well. 4 27-CR-26-578 Filed in District Court State of Minnesota 1/7/2026 COUNT 3: Defendant eventually stopped and they both fell asleep.
A while later, Victim [NAME REDACTED] on top of her again. This would likely have been Monday, December 29, 2025, very early in the morning. Defendant again forced her to have oral sex and vaginal intercourse. Defendant was again extremely aggressive and rough. Victim [NAME REDACTED] was hurting her, that she was in pain and she could not breathe but Defendant would just laugh it off. Victim stated this time the assault lasted approximately 30 minutes. Victim fell asleep again but woke up that morning and saw several other people in the room.
Defendant was talking to the other people but made it clear to Victim [NAME REDACTED] was not allowed to leave. Victim [NAME REDACTED] in the room what was happening and asked them for help. One person distracted Defendant while another female walked with Victim [NAME REDACTED]. The female took Victim next door to a room at the Travelodge Hotel, but they ran into an acquaintance of Defendant’s who promptly informed Defendant of Victim’s location. A short time later, Defendant came to the Travelodge Hotel, grabbed Victim and dragged her back to the Super 8 Motel.
