The Complainant having reviewed the applicable reports believes the following facts to be true: Saint Paul police officers investigated a series of thefts which occurred from September 7, 2024 to October 23, 2024, at Patagonia,[ADDRESS REDACTED], City of Saint Paul, Ramsey County. The suspect in the thefts was identified as Xavier Robert York-Tallman, [DOB REDACTED], Defendant herein. The following thefts occurred on the following dates: 9-7-24 Store manager, R. A. U., an adult male fully- identified in the reports, told officers defendant entered the store, grabbed a black duffle bag and fled the store.
The duffle bag was valued at $169.00. In a subsequent interview with the police, defendant admitted taking the duffle bag. He told the police he hadn't intended to steal anything but the employee looked at him "like he was going to steal" so he did. He agreed he was trying to get back at the employee. 9-11-24 Store manager, C. R. T., an adult female fully- identified in the reports, told the officers defendant entered the store and took multiple items. Defendant took two suitcases; a backpack; a checked fleece; and a white bag.
The items were valued at approximately $500.00. There are photographs of defendant stealing the items and of him fleeing the store. In a subsequent interview with the police, defendant admitted stealing the items. He said it was 'retribution' for the way the employees made him feel. 10-23-24 Store manager, C. R. T., told the officers defendant entered the store and yelled at the employees. Defendant took two bags, a blue backpack and a dark pink sling bag. The items were valued at $218.00. In a subsequent interview with the police, defendant said it was 'retribution' and he was getting back at the employees.
The total value of the merchandise defendant stole at this location was $887.00. A warrant for defendant's arrest is respectfully requested. His whereabouts are unknown.
