On October 21, 2025, at approximately 2346 hours, Minneapolis Police Officers were on routine patrol in the area of Lake Street East and 14th Avenue South, Minneapolis, Hennepin County. Officers observed a vehicle without a plate attached to the vehicle. The vehicles windows were foggy and no interior registration could be observed on the vehicle until closer inspection. Officers then observed a paper in the rear window that displayed license plate [PLATE REDACTED]. The vehicle was reported stolen on October 13, 2025, without keys with no known suspects.
Officers observed a male in the driver's seat with a light-colored hooded sweatshirt and a red vest. The driver was later identified as ISIAH EDWARD LITTLE, Defendant herein. Officers attempted to stop the vehicle. The Defendant fled the scene on Lake Street East where Officers disengaged with the vehicle and followed it on cameras. The vehicle then parked on Cedar Avenue, Minneapolis. Officers approached the vehicle and located the Defendant and a passenger sleeping in the vehicle and placed them under arrest.
The Defendant and the passenger were both found to have several active warrants. Officers observed the steering column was damaged and the ignition was open. The Defendant has active warrants and, therefore, the State requests this complaint issue by warrant.
