The Complainant having reviewed the applicable reports believes the following facts to be true: On November 20, 2025, officers with the Saint Paul Police Department were sent to [ADDRESS REDACTED] in the City of Saint Paul, Ramsey County. The officers learned that ALVARO GERARDO GUTIERREZ [DOB REDACTED]. Defendant herein, had concealed packed kitchen knifes with the intent to deprive Target of the property. Defendant left Target without paying for the concealed items. The items had a value of $63.97. On November 13, 2025, Defendant had been at Target.

Defendant had been told to leave Target and not return for a period of one (1) year.
