On March 16, 2026, Chaska Police Officer Pesheck responded to reports of a theft at Target in Chaska, Carver County, Minnesota. Officer Pesheck arrived and spoke with Loss Prevention (“LP”) who reported that a female, identified as SHANTEL ANGEL HORN [DOB REDACTED] stole multiple items from the store. Officer Pesheck spoke with Horn regarding the theft. Horn reported that she arrived at Target via a bus, came to the store with no money, and stole numerous items for her home. Horn further acknowledged that she was now trespassed from Target.
LP provided Officer Pesheck a list of the stolen items which included clothing, groceries, laundry supplies, and other things. The estimated value of the stolen items is $1,521.81. PLEASE TAKE NOTICE: Pursuant to Minn. Stat. 609.49., intentional failure to appear for duly scheduled court appearances may result in additional criminal charges, and in addition to any arrest warrant that may otherwise be issued by the Court.
