Shantel Angel Horn

On March 16, 2026, Chaska Police Officer Pesheck responded to reports of a theft at Target in Chaska, Carver County, Minnesota. Officer Pesheck arrived and spoke with Loss Prevention (“LP”) who reported that a female, identified as SHANTEL ANGEL HORN [DOB REDACTED] stole multiple items from the store. Officer Pesheck spoke with Horn regarding the theft. Horn reported that she arrived at Target via a bus, came to the store with no money, and stole numerous items for her home. Horn further acknowledged that she was now trespassed from Target.

LP provided Officer Pesheck a list of the stolen items which included clothing, groceries, laundry supplies, and other things. The estimated value of the stolen items is $1,521.81.
