On December 27, 2025, officers from the St. Cloud Police Department were flagged down by a vehicle reporting T. T. G., an adult female victim [NAME REDACTED] in the police reports, was recently assaulted by Marquis Devion Nunn, [DOB REDACTED], the defendant herein. T. T. G. Stated around 7:00 P.M. She was in a vehicle with the defendant and told the defendant she did not want to be with him anymore. She stated the defendant grabbed her by the neck and began choking her. She stated she was trying to tell the defendant to get out of the vehicle but he refused.
T. T. G. Stated the defendant squeezed her neck making it difficult for her to breathe and his nails scratched her. T. T. G. Stated he also pushed her head against the window. T. T. G. Stated she tried to get the defendant to stop by hitting him in the face with her phone. T. T. G. Stated the defendant eventually stopped strangling her but refused to get out of the vehicle. She stated he got out when she called her father, but he refused to close the door. T. T. G. Stated she got one of the defendant's family members who he lives with to try to convince him to listen, but he eventually walked away.
T. T. G. Stated she then went to her mother's residence and asked her mother to drive her to the police station. T. T. G. Stated the assault occurred in the City of St. Cloud, County of Stearns. Officers observed dried blood approximately one inch under T. T. G.'s left eye and a scratch mark under her chin. The defendant and T. T. G. Are family or household members. A review of the defendant's criminal history reveals a prior conviction for violation of a Domestic Abuse No Contact Order as contained in Stearns County District Court File No. ••-CR-••-••••, convicted on February 13, 2023, and a prior conviction for violation of a Domestic Abuse No Contact Order as contained in Stearns County District Court File No. ••-CR-••-••••, convicted on March 24, 2022. Officers attempted to locate the defendant at his last known address.
Officers made contact with a family member who stated she was aware something happened with T. T. G. And told the defendant he was no longer welcome at the residence. The defendant's whereabouts are unknown. The State is requesting a body only bench warrant. The defendant was previously in domestic violence court and, after a finding of incompetency, has been participating in GAP Court. The defendant has 6 prior domestic violence related offense convictions in the last ten years. The defendant is pending sentencing on a different felony domestic prior to the finding of incompetency.
Complainant has reason to believe and does believe that all of the above information is true and correct. The above facts constitute your complainant's basis for believing that the above-named defendant on or about the 27th day of December, 2025, in the City of St. Cloud, County of Stearns, State of Minnesota, committed the offense described herein.
