On December 15, 2025, at approximately 11:25 A.M., Northfield Police Officer Eschenbach was dispatched to the CAC to speak with Adult Female Victim about a recent assault. Adult Female Victim, who is 56 years old, reported her girlfriend, identified as JAVONDA CHARVETTE GRAHAM, [DOB REDACTED], the defendant herein, had grabbed her neck and shoved her to the ground. Adult Female Victim [NAME REDACTED], while the two were at [ADDRESS REDACTED]. West, Northfield, Rice County, Minnesota, the defendant became angry at Adult Female Victim.
The defendant wanted money from Adult Female Victim, [NAME REDACTED] would not give the defendant any money. The defendant grabbed Adult Female Victim around the neck and shoved her to the ground. Adult Female victim said her arm and neck were hurt during the assault. Adult Female Victim [NAME REDACTED] attempted to call 911, the defendant grabbed the phone and broke it. The defendant was not located, and a KOPS alert was issued. Currently there are active warrants for the defendant’s arrest in court files ••-CR-••-•••• and ••-CR-••-••••. In both cases the defendant is alleged to have violated a current DANCO, which prohibits contact with Adult Female Victim.
The defendant has previously been convicted of the two following domestic violence qualified offenses: gross misdemeanor DANCO violation on September 23, 2025, and 3rd degree assault on October 24, 2017.
